But i would say Hazard is not a good comparison. Hazard is short but he's a stocky little fucker. He's got solid shoulders and meaty legs. You try and push that little cunt off the ball you've got no chance.

Not getting into anything. Just pointing out that saying Samuelson is 'a bit' lightweight' is like saying Hitler was 'a bit' of a cunt.
The kid can obviously play. Against Bakahakaraiakkaha as soon as he came on the players deliberately looked to get him on the ball. Obviously to settle the kid and help him get is eye in. But they showed confidence in him to just give him the ball and let him go.
I reckon they've seen him in training and thought "Fuck me. He's decent".
He will fill out obviously. Good luck to the kid. My two year old could still do him over though.

We're not getting into this lightweight shit again, are we?
He'll eventually fill out a bit, but not everyone needs to be built like Rooney to showcase their ability. Look at Hazard, he's the best player in the league, by a mile, and he is as lightweight as it gets.

This is what annoys me with English football. Young lads of my generation with this skills were disregarded for the heavier and stockier lumps as they wanted physical presence over skill.

You may be looking more at his baby face. The lad is pretty big and strong, though yes, a little bit more beef would probably help, but I don't want him doing an Ashton and beefing up so much that he loses his natural movement.

Ødegaard was the only player subbed by Real the other day v Roma and the spanish press were not flattering. Verdict was Must Do Better. Samuelsen has been more under the radar and will benefit from this. I hope he steals all the thunder of Ødegaard, who the norwegian press have been wanking over for a year or two, especially since his move to Madrid.
The norsk press have however started to get their stokes going over our lad, now that he has been included in the first team. We may have ended up with the one who actually delivers more, rather than merely stirring up hype.
